Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom made materials. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match the approved proof provided to you, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a reprint or replacement at no additional cost.

Order Approval Responsibility
Before finalizing your order, please carefully review all designs, text, and specifications. Once you approve a proof and a completed order, we proceed with production, once moved into production changes cannot be made. We cannot offer replacements or refunds for customer errors (e.g., typos, incorrect colors, or design issues after approval).
