Key Policies to Know - Estimates: Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may change based on artwork, quantity changes, or material adjustments.
- Proofs: It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all proofs. We are not responsible for errors missed during proofing.
- Turnaround Times: Production begins after final proof approval and payment (when required). Rush services are available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.
- Payments: All orders must be paid in full before production unless alternate terms have been prearranged. We accept most major credit cards and business checks.
- Sales Tax: Sales tax is charged unless a valid resale certificate is provided at time of order.
- Custom Work: All printed items are custom-made. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
