Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match your approved proof, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a reprint or replacement at no extra cost.
Order Approval Responsibility
Before we begin production, we ask that you review and approve all designs, text, and specifications. Once approved, your project goes into production and changes cannot be made. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for customer errors such as typos, incorrect colors, or design issues post-approval.

At IMAGE ZONE Printing & Graphics, we’re committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. Our Terms of Sale outline the expectations, responsibilities, and policies that govern your purchase. By placing an order with IMAGE ZONE, you agree to abide by the terms set forth on this page. We recommend reviewing this section before confirming your order so you understand our policies regarding payment, approvals, production timelines, returns, and more.
Key Policies to Know
Estimates: Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may change based on artwork, quantity changes, or material adjustments.
Proofs: It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all proofs. We are not responsible for errors missed during proofing.
Turnaround Times: Production begins after final proof approval and payment (when required). Rush services are available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.
Payments: All orders must be paid in full before production unless alternate terms have been prearranged. We accept most major credit cards and business checks.
Sales Tax: Sales tax is charged unless a valid resale certificate is provided at time of order.
Custom Work: All printed items are custom-made. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
Returns: Since every product is custom, we do not accept returns except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Claims must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order.
Shipping & Delivery: We offer local pickup in Murrieta, local delivery, and shipping via UPS/FedEx. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused during shipment once the order leaves our facility.
