- Finish your design and double-check all elements: text, images, alignment, and bleeds.
- Go to File > Save As and choose Adobe PDF (.pdf) as the file format.
- Select a location and name for your file, then click Save.
- In the PDF options dialog box:
- Choose [Press Quality] preset.
- Under Marks and Bleeds, check Trim Marks.
- Check Use Document Bleed Settings (assuming you've set 0.125" bleeds).
- Make sure Preserve Illustrator Editing Capabilities is unchecked to reduce file size.
